1. Delivery Coverage

• We deliver to all regions of Metropolitan France.
• International delivery is temporarily unavailable.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 working days processing before dispatch.

• Working days: Monday to Saturday, excluding French public holidays.
• Orders placed after 17:00, on Sundays or public holidays will start processing on the next working day.
• Peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas) may add an extra 1–2 processing days.

3. Estimated Transit Times after Dispatch

• Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur: 1–3 working days
• Southern France: 2–4 working days
• Central France: 3–5 working days
• Northern France & Paris Region: 4–6 working days All delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to courier issues outside our control.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Delivery Threshold

Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Free delivery promotions apply only when your order value meets the stated threshold.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track your parcel via the link provided.

6. Failed Delivery & Return-to-Sender Parcels

If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address, repeated absence or unclaimed collection:

• Parcels will be returned to our warehouse.
• You will be responsible for additional shipping fees if you wish to receive the goods again.
